Nick Mucerino is a key member and newly named partner at Forman Law Offices, P.A. Nick has been pivotal in running and enhancing the Mass Tort division, bringing a cutting-edge technological approach that complements the firm’s seasoned litigators. His efforts have significantly advanced the firm’s practice areas, including representing victims harmed by pharmaceutical drugs from Purdue Pharma, Endo Pharma, and Mallinckrodt. Additionally, Nick has played a crucial role in representing survivors of sexual abuse, notably in the Boy Scouts of America Litigation.
Nick’s leadership extends to overseeing the firm’s Motor Vehicle Accident practice, continually aiming to provide exceptional advocacy for those affected.
A native of Boynton Beach, Florida, Nick attended Florida Gulf Coast University as a student-athlete, where he played ice hockey and earned a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where he excelled in Mediation, Arbitration, and Negotiation competitions, notably winning Best Oral Advocacy at the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition.
Beyond his professional life, Nick enjoys spending time with his new family, including his wife and baby girl. He remains an avid fan of the Miami Hurricanes, the Miami Dolphins, and Florida Panthers. Nick cherishes traveling and creating memories with his family and friends.
Nick graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar.
